Founder/2 years
Laboratory scientist, researcher and innovator in agriculture. Macrine founded Bio-Input Enterprise to close the gap between what a soil test says and what a farmer can actually do about it. She leads development of Udongo Rutuba and the salt-tolerant microbial consortium, and brings two years in agricultural research and bio-input production to the work behind every assessment.
Agronomist/4 years
Agronomist with four years working directly in farm fields. Matilda turns laboratory results into the decisions farmers make week to week, and leads the agroecological training that carries those decisions from one season into the next. She works alongside farmers through planting, application and follow-up.
Software Engineer/5 years
Software engineer with five years building the systems this work runs on. Godfrey builds the digital side of soil restoration, from this platform to the assessment records that let change be tracked season after season, and is working toward the soil health platform that will hold assessment, training and restoration data in one place.
